Aer Lingus Launches ‘Great British Sale’ with Flights from €25.99 to UK Cities

Aer Lingus has launched an enticing new flight sale, offering travellers low-cost fares to top UK cities including London, Manchester, and Edinburgh — just in time for summer getaways.

Dubbed the Great British Sale”, Ireland’s flagship carrier is promoting limited-time deals on flights from Dublin, Cork, Shannon, and Knock to a range of popular destinations across Great Britain. Fares start from just €25.99 for selected routes, with the promotion valid for travel in April and May.

In a statement, Aer Lingus invited passengers to explore some of the UK’s most exciting cities:

From Cork, travellers can grab fares to Bristol and Glasgow for just €39.99, while London is available from €55.99. Shannon and Knock passengers can also enjoy low-cost flights to London from €55.99 and €54.99 respectively.

Honeymoon Business Class Upgrade

Meanwhile, Irish TikToker Imear McCann recently shared how she managed to surprise her husband with a free upgrade to business class on their honeymoon, courtesy of Aer Lingus Avios points.

McCann, who has over 2,000 TikTok followers, used accumulated Avios points to upgrade from economy to business class at no additional cost.


“You can upgrade to business class with Aer Lingus Avios points,” she explained. Avios can be earned through Aer Lingus and its airline partners such as British Airways, Iberia, and Vueling, depending on flight distance and fare type.
