Air France is expanding its global network by launching new routes to Orlando in the United States, Riyadh in Saudi Arabia, and Phuket in Thailand.
The announcement comes as the airline responds to growing demand for international travel and aims to connect Paris with a wider range of cultural and holiday destinations.
Orlando: Sunshine, Culture and Space Exploration
From 21 May 2025, Air France will operate four weekly flights from Paris Charles de Gaulle to Orlando, flying on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. The route will be serviced by the airline’s state-of-the-art Airbus A350-900 aircraft.

Orlando is globally renowned for its expansive theme parks and family-friendly attractions, but it also offers a rich cultural scene featuring art galleries and museums.
Travellers are also encouraged to visit nearby Cape Canaveral, home of the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex, where guests can explore the history of space exploration—and possibly witness a live rocket launch.
Riyadh: Historic Charm Meets Futuristic Vision
Starting 19 May 2025, Air France will begin operating three weekly flights to Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia.
These flights will run on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, also using the Airbus A350.

Starting from 2 June, the service will increase to five flights per week, with Tuesdays and Sundays added to the schedule.
Riyadh is a captivating destination that bridges past and present. Nestled in the heart of the Nafud Desert, the city showcases Saudi Arabia’s historical heritage while embracing modern development through striking skyscrapers and high-tech infrastructure. It’s an ideal stop for travellers interested in both the cultural depth and ambitious future of the Kingdom.
Phuket: The Ultimate Tropical Escape
For travellers seeking sun-drenched beaches and exotic adventures, Phuket is joining the Air France roster. Starting 27 November 2025, the airline will operate three weekly flights to the Thai island on Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays. These flights will be operated by the Boeing 777-300.

Phuket is famous for its vibrant blend of tropical landscapes and cultural richness. Visitors can explore Old Phuket Town, pay homage at Wat Chalong temple, or enjoy island-hopping, snorkeling, and the island’s renowned nightlife. The destination is poised to become a key part of Air France’s winter sun strategy.
Broader Strategy for 2025
The launch of these new routes reflects Air France’s broader ambition to cater to the evolving demands of international travellers. The airline is strategically targeting cities that combine strong tourism appeal with cultural significance and economic growth. Whether heading for family fun in Florida, exploring the evolving face of Saudi Arabia, or basking in the beaches of Thailand, Air France passengers now have even more options to tailor their perfect getaway.
